One of my favorite tools for creative brainstorming is 6 Thinking Hats. It’s a tool to adopt 6 different mindsets when looking at a challenge. I used this tool with my team as the Director of Customer Success at Snapdocs to solve all kinds of challenges from onboarding and adoption to retention and upsell. It is so powerful, and a great example of what it means to be creative, imaginative, and open-minded in a business context.
