After a traumatic, unexpected surgery eight years ago, Christine found herself in need of a therapist! She went through the whole rigmarole of finding – and breaking up with – five different therapists before finding one that she was able to build an authentic connection with and support her emotional well-being. The wasted hours, appointments, and money spent on finding a therapist motivated Christine to build a solution to make it easier for patients and providers to connect based on more than just zip code and insurance coverage.

In their conversation, Kayleigh and Christine explore Christine’s founding story, her leadership lessons from launching the first version of her product in 2020, the metrics that matter in early-stage start-up growth, and her vision for making it easier for people to get the help they need.
