What is Soul Excellence Leadership?

Today was the first day of the 3-day free, live Soul Excellence Leadership Bootcamp (request to join the FB group to watch the replay) and WOW, it was so. much. fun!

I was blown away by the impressive attendees and the group’s shared desire to lead with more heart, integrity, and soul.

I invite you to join us tomorrow at 12 noon ET/9 am PT for Day 2 – Integrating your career and life taking place in the Soul Excellence Leadership Facebook Group! (You can also catch the replay at a time that’s convenient for you.)

A few thoughts to share with you from today’s focus on Introspection:

Soul Excellence Leadership is:

  • the creation of one’s life (leadership)
  • in concert with one’s deepest desires (soul)
  • and one’s innate strengths (excellence)

You don’t need any more degrees, certifications, or authority to lead your people and rise to the C-Suite. You simply need presence, self-assuredness, alignment and congruence. You desire the SOUL piece of Soul Excellence.

The Five Archetypes of Soul Excellence Leadership

Archetypes are perspectives. As a leader you may have a natural way of showing up in the world as a leader. By understanding how you’re showing up, you can begin to tap into the other archetypes to enhance the power of your unique expression of soul excellence. Your personal values are at the core of your leadership brand, and the archetypes help to bring them out of you and lead in any situation.

  1. Introspective – deep thinking, analytical, inward-looking, self-aware, reflective
  2. Integrator – harmonizing, collaborating, bringing people together, facilitating
  3. Initiator – trailblazing, taking action, getting things done
  4. Inspirer – communicating, speaking from the heart, motivating, storytelling
  5. Innovator – imagining, creating new paradigms, rule-breaking, paradigm-shifting

The Virtue Card of the Day

At the end of each bootcamp, session I’m pulling a card from my Virtues Deck to provide an anchor for the group on how we want to live in the world. Check out the card I pulled from the deck today (Skye makes a cameo!):
