Kayleigh O'Keefe is the founder of Soul Excellence Ventures & Publishing, a USA Today bestselling author, speaker, podcaster, and a growth advisor to CEOs. She helps founders and CEOs spark global movements by helping them to cultivate their inner joy, unite their communities through big ideas and books, and embrace their own soulful excellence. The company has helped over 500 business leaders from 16 different countries become bestselling authors.

Prior to founding the company, Kayleigh spent over a decade as an advisor to Fortune 500 executives and as a commercial leader at Snapdocs, a real estate technology company. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Kayleigh also hosts The Future is Human podcast where she shares her perspectives on bringing intuition, expression, and inspiration into all that we do. She has walked over four hundred miles across two different routes of The Way of St. James pilgrimage through Spain and Portugal. After spending most of her career in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco, she now lives and creates by the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
